Why it is worth installing
Everything a photo-to-PDF job actually needs
Conversion is the easy part. What makes a file usable is the page size, the order of the
pages, who else got a copy - and whether you can send it again next week.
A pile of photos becomes one file
Twelve pictures of a twelve-page contract are twelve attachments nobody wants. Select them in the order you need and the app merges them into a single multi-page PDF, so what you send is one document instead of a camera roll dump.
Pages that match what you are sending
Forms, portals and printers care about page size. Choose A4, Letter or Legal, portrait or landscape, and add small or large margins so your photo does not run to the paper's edge - before the file ever leaves your phone.
Your documents stay on your iPhone
Payslips, passports and signed contracts should not be sitting in a stranger's upload folder. Conversion happens on the device itself. There is nothing to upload, no account to make, and no e-mail address to hand over.
PDF pages back out as images
Need page four as a picture for a slide or a message? Import the PDF, tick the pages you want, and export them as JPG or PNG at 150 or 300 DPI - individually, or as one ZIP for the whole set.
A password on the private ones
Some files should not open just because the wrong person got the e-mail. Set a password while you build the PDF and the file arrives locked, with no desktop software involved.
Every conversion, still there tomorrow
The file you made last Tuesday is in history with its thumbnail and date, one tap from being shared again - so you are not re-photographing the same document twice.
